We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Weldon, North Carolina. This Contract to permanent position requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to drive organizational success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.<br>• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for corporate roles.<br>• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates&#39; skills, experience, and cultural fit.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.<br>• Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing methods.<br>• Coordinate and execute new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.<br>• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.<br>• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.<br>• Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and engagement.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes.<br>• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively.<br>• Familiarity with new employee orientation procedures and best practices.<br>• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.
