The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to drive organizational success. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for corporate roles. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows. • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing methods. • Coordinate and execute new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts. • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. • Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and engagement.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes. • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively. • Familiarity with new employee orientation procedures and best practices. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment process.
