MUST BE BILINGUAL - SPANISH SPEAKING. This strategic, hands-on role is responsible for overseeing financial operations across all entities, including establishing and maintaining accurate accounting systems, preparing financial statements and management reports, managing general ledger integrity, payroll, AP/AR, inventory valuation, and cost accounting for manufacturing and materials. The CPA will reconcile and modernize legacy records, support system transitions (Sage or similar platforms preferred), implement strong internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals. This position also oversees all federal, state, and local tax compliance, including sales and excise tax filings, and serves as a trusted advisor to ownership on tax strategy, business structure, and regulatory matters.
