<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a growing team in Woodbury, Minnesota and create high-impact software that supports both business operations and customer experiences. In this role, you will shape backend services, contribute to modern web applications, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders as well as outside technology collaborators. This position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, improve scalability, and help deliver reliable solutions in a fast-moving environment. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and enhance scalable software solutions that support internal business tools and customer-facing applications.</p><p>• Build and maintain backend services using C# and the .NET ecosystem, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.</p><p>• Develop and document REST-based interfaces using OpenAPI and Swagger to enable consistent integration across platforms.</p><p>• Create and support containerized applications to streamline deployment, portability, and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to define technical approaches and deliver effective solutions.</p><p>• Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.</p><p>• Contribute to front-end development efforts using React to deliver responsive and user-friendly application experiences.</p><p>• Use GitHub and AI-assisted development tools to support code quality, team collaboration, and efficient delivery practices.</p>

<p>• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise or product-focused environments.</p><p>• Strong hands-on expertise with C#, React, .NET, ASP.NET,AI and related Microsoft development frameworks.</p><p>• Proven experience designing and building APIs, including RESTful services and interface documentation standards.</p><p>• Solid understanding of JavaScript and React for modern web application development.</p><p>• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational database technologies.</p><p>• Familiarity with containerized services and modern source control workflows using GitHub.</p><p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners. </p>
