Our growing trusts & estates group is currently seeking a junior associate to assist with estate planning and administration, Delaware trust planning for clients throughout the country, and trust advisory work for individual and corporate fiduciaries. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level attorney looking to develop their trust & estates practice while gaining exposure to sophisticated estate planning, trust, tax, and fiduciary matters.<br>Responsibilities<br>• Assist with estate planning and administration matters for individual clients and families.<br>• Assist with the preparation and review of estate planning documents, trusts, and related legal documents.<br>• Support Delaware trust planning for clients throughout the country.<br>• Assist with trust advisory work for individual and corporate fiduciaries.<br>• Conduct legal research related to trusts, estates, tax, fiduciary matters, and Delaware trust law.<br>• Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and other written materials related to client matters.<br>• Communicate professionally and responsively with clients, fiduciaries, financial professionals, and other parties involved in trust and estate matters.<br>• Work closely with attorneys and other team members to manage multiple assignments and ensure client matters are handled efficiently and accurately.<br>Qualifications<br>• Trusts & estates experience preferred, but not required<br>• Delaware bar preferred, but not required<br>• LLM in taxation preferred, but not required<br>• Strong academic credentials<br>• Proven writing ability<br>• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br>• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines.<br>• Strong client service and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other professionals.
