<p>We are looking for a motivated Database Administrator for a Long-term Contract basis. This role is well suited for someone who can work independently, follow guidance from senior team members, and contribute to day-to-day Salesforce administration and database-related support. The position focuses on building and maintaining Salesforce configurations while helping ensure data integrity, usability, and efficient system performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, and related configuration within Salesforce to support business needs.</p><p>• Assist senior team members with administrative tasks and carry out assigned priorities with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Configure user access settings, including profiles, permissions, and field-level security, to support appropriate data visibility.</p><p>• Support ongoing platform upkeep by reviewing data quality, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain reliable system performance.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teammates to understand requirements and translate them into practical system updates.</p><p>• Contribute to database administration activities involving Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL environments.</p><p>• Help monitor and improve system efficiency through performance analysis, tuning, and routine optimization efforts.</p><p>• Provide support for Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and related administrative processes as needed.</p>

• 5+ years of experience in database administration, Salesforce administration, or a closely related technical role.<br>• Hands-on experience creating and managing Salesforce custom objects, fields, and administrative configurations.<br>• Working knowledge of security setup in Salesforce, including profiles, permissions, and field-level access controls.<br>• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL technologies.<br>• Familiarity with database performance tuning, issue resolution, and system optimization practices.<br>• Ability to take direction from experienced team members while also working as a proactive self-starter.<br>• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.<br>• Healthcare industry experience is helpful, but not required.
