Call Center Representative
<p>Our client is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join their team in the Twin Cities. This fully on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can manage a high volume of calls while delivering excellent service.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts</li><li>Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in internal systems</li><li>Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed</li><li>Meet call handling, quality, and service expectations</li><li>Support customers with account updates, order status, scheduling, billing questions, or general service needs</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and internal processes</li><li>Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines as required</li><li>Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience</li><li>Perform additional administrative or service-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of call center, customer service, office support, or related experience</li><li>Strong verbal communication and active listening skills</li><li>Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service or CRM systems</li><li>Strong data entry and documentation skills</li><li>Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a structured environment</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
