<p>We are seeking an experienced, hands-on <strong>Controller</strong> to provide strategic financial leadership and drive operational performance in a fast-paced production environment. <p>• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing environments.</p><p>• Strong background in standard cost accounting </p><p>• Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and variance reporting with a high degree of accuracy.</p><p>• Experience working with inventory controls, physical counts, and perpetual inventory transaction review.</p><p>• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.</p><p>• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, standard cost development, and capital expenditure planning.</p><p>• Familiarity with internal controls and compliance requirements in a corporate manufacturing setting.</p><p>• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset</p>
