This position is open due to a resignation and offers a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a key role managing day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities: Perform daily revenue collections and process daily receipts. Prepare and process biweekly payroll. Reconcile bank accounts and payroll-related general ledger accounts. Ensure accuracy of payroll tax withholding accounts. Maintain detailed financial records and prepare clear and comprehensive financial reports. Apply accounting and auditing principles to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with internal departments to support financial reporting and operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. Experience in general or governmental accounting preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing theory, and best practices. Ability to prepare and reconcile trial balances, understand debits and credits, and perform GL reconciliations. Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Business casual dress code. Additional Info: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: Onsite, with free parking.
