We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide initiatives related to vendor oversight, sourcing strategy, procurement coordination, and supplier governance in Tustin, California. This Long-term Contract position will guide cross-functional efforts that improve third-party performance, strengthen compliance practices, and support cost-conscious business decisions. The role blends strategic planning with day-to-day execution and works closely with operational, legal, finance, people, compliance, and security stakeholders to ensure external partnerships deliver measurable value. Responsibilities: • Lead projects that enhance vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier governance across the organization. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align third-party engagements with business priorities, budget expectations, risk controls, and regulatory obligations. • Manage complex negotiations with vendors and service providers to secure favorable commercial terms and service outcomes. • Establish and maintain governance practices that track supplier performance, accountability, and overall business contribution. • Drive cross-functional project plans from initiation through execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on schedule. • Evaluate vendor relationships to identify opportunities for cost optimization, service improvement, and stronger operational support. • Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Information Security, and operational teams to support effective contract oversight and risk mitigation. • Promote continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement processes, supplier management standards, and enterprise-wide consistency.

• Proven experience leading project management initiatives involving vendors, suppliers, procurement, or sourcing functions. • Strong formal project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex work across multiple business teams. • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred. • Experience guiding cross-functional programs that involve Legal, Finance, Compliance, Security, and Operations partners. • Knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and the ability to apply structured delivery methods where appropriate. • Demonstrated success in negotiation, stakeholder communication, and driving accountability across external partner relationships. • Ability to balance strategic objectives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced business environment.
