Receptionist 4
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist 4 to support daily front desk and administrative operations in Sunnyvale, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings relevant experience, strong organizational ability, and a customer-focused approach to every interaction. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, assist with office coordination, and help keep administrative processes running smoothly.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome guests in a courteous manner, respond to inquiries, and guide visitors to the appropriate person or meeting space.<br>• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including courier shipments and package distribution.<br>• Maintain accurate visitor records, manage badge or pass issuance, and support front desk security procedures.<br>• Oversee conference room calendars and help ensure meeting spaces and equipment are ready for use.<br>• Provide day-to-day clerical assistance such as document preparation, typing, filing, photocopying, and assembling printed materials.<br>• Support mail handling and office correspondence by preparing outgoing items and organizing incoming communications.<br>• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to keep office operations efficient and well organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.<br>• 8-10 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is required.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Solid customer service and interpersonal skills in a front-facing office environment.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain organized records.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with general computer and office software skills.
