Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Sterling, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless scheduling, dispatching, and data entry while providing exceptional customer support. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage scheduling and dispatching tasks to support operational efficiency.<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.<br>• Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment.<br>• Process orders and ensure accurate documentation.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete daily tasks and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational workflows.<br>• Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.<br>• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all activities.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Strong skills in order entry and data management.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
