• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in managing multiple browser systems and navigating online tools.<br>• Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication.<br>• Proven ability to resolve customer issues and promote satisfaction.<br>• Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity problems and providing technical support.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal role.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.<br>• High attention to detail and adaptability in handling diverse customer needs.
