<p>Well-known corporation seeking an experienced Corporate/Securities Paralegal to support their in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility corporate governance and securities matters within a reputable, established organization. The Paralegal is required to go on-site in San Ramon 1 day per week. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and assist with SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K</li><li>Manage Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, 5)</li><li>Support board and committee governance, including drafting meeting minutes, resolutions, and board books</li><li>Maintain corporate records, entity management, and compliance calendars</li><li>Assist with special projects, research, and corporate transactions as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
