<p>Robert Half is partnering with a reputable litigation firm in San Ramon seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The firm specializes in real estate litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage, and employment litigation, offering the opportunity to support a wide range of complex cases.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all phases of eDiscovery, including data collection, processing, review, and production</li><li>Create and manage document batches and conduct QC checks</li><li>Utilize eDiscovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity</li><li>Organize, track, and maintain case documents and databases</li><li>Assist attorneys with discovery strategy, timelines, and workflow management</li><li>Support general litigation tasks as needed</li></ul>
