We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead internal project coordination for a long-term contract opportunity based in San Jose, California. This role will guide cross-functional planning, governance, and execution throughout a multi-month enterprise implementation of Coupa, ensuring teams stay aligned and delivery remains on track. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and connected platform teams to support a successful rollout and post-launch stabilization. Responsibilities:• Develop and manage the internal project roadmap, tracking timelines, dependencies, and key milestones across the full implementation lifecycle of Coupa.• Establish clear ownership across business and technical teams, confirming resource commitments and keeping stakeholders accountable for deliverables.• Monitor project risks, open issues, and key decisions, driving early resolution and escalating matters with practical recommendations when needed.• Coordinate activities across Procurement, Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and external partners to keep workstreams synchronized.• Prepare executive-ready updates for leadership forums and governance groups, presenting status, progress, and critical actions in a concise format.• Support alignment between parallel platform initiatives, including integration points involving Coupa, contract lifecycle management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.• Partner with internal project management team members to strengthen delivery practices, contribute to reusable standards, and capture lessons learned.• Help maintain delivery discipline through go-live and hypercare, ensuring internal teams are prepared for launch and stabilization activities.

• 8+ years of enterprise project management experience, including ownership of at least one end-to-end implementation in procure-to-pay, spend management, or a related enterprise platform environment.• Experience with Coupa implementations is preferred.• Proven ability to manage consulting firms or system integrators effectively, with experience driving accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.• Hands-on experience with integration-focused project workstreams; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is strongly preferred.• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across field-based operations and corporate business functions.• Project management certification such as PMP, or equivalent experience demonstrating structured delivery leadership.• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, California within a hybrid working model.• Background in waste management, logistics, industrial services, or other operations-heavy industries is a plus.
