<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Accounts Payable Analyst</strong> to join our <strong>Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP)</strong> team. As a salaried employee of Robert Half, you will be deployed on a variety of client engagements across the Bay Area, supporting accounting teams through growth, system implementations, process improvements, audits, acquisitions, leave coverage, and other critical business initiatives.</p><p>This role is ideal for an AP professional who enjoys variety, continuous learning, and exposure to different industries and accounting environments while maintaining the stability and benefits of full-time employment.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing in high-volume environments.</li><li>Review, code, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting procedures.</li><li>Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.</li><li>Analyze AP aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding items.</li><li>Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment exceptions.</li><li>Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor records.</li><li>Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and AP-related account reconciliations.</li><li>Support audits by compiling AP schedules and providing requested documentation.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce errors.</li><li>Participate in ERP system implementations, upgrades, conversions, and testing efforts.</li><li>Generate reporting and analytical insights related to AP trends, spending, and vendor management.</li><li>Partner closely with procurement, operations, project managers, and accounting leadership.</li></ul><p><br></p>
