Office Services Associate
<p>We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support day-to-day administrative and operational services for a client site in San Francisco, California. This Contract position focuses on document production, mail handling, digital support, and front-of-house assistance while helping maintain a responsive and detail-oriented workplace environment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing instructions, confirming details, and documenting work accurately before production begins.</p><p>• Provide day-to-day support across copy, scanning, printing, mail distribution, and intake activities in both physical and electronic formats.</p><p>• Organize assignments by urgency and service commitments to ensure completed work is delivered within established turnaround times.</p><p>• Monitor the quality of finished materials, checking for accuracy and completeness on individual output and assisting with team quality standards when needed.</p><p>• Communicate proactively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors regarding deadlines, request changes, or issues that could affect delivery.</p><p>• Resolve routine equipment or supply issues, replenish paper and toner, and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with client-site rules and company procedures while handling confidential information with discretion and care.</p><p>• Support adjacent service areas such as reception, hospitality, or audio/visual assistance when business needs require additional coverage.</p><p>• Lift and move boxes, paper, and related materials as part of regular daily operations, including items weighing up to 50 pounds.</p>
• High school diploma or equivalent required.<br>• At least 1 year of experience in office services, administrative support, or a similar back-office environment; experience in legal, banking, or large corporate settings is preferred.<br>• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service and build positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.<br>• Working knowledge of document handling, mail processes, scanning, and general office equipment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.<br>• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions within established guidelines, and recognize when escalation is necessary.<br>• Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential documents while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.<br>• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-moving environment and maintain a positive, dependable approach.
