Enablement Operations Coordinator
<p>We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help deliver a smooth and well-organized onboarding and training experience for a sales organization in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, schedules, and program details in a fast-moving environment. The person in this role will support enablement operations, keep onboarding activities on track, and contribute to a positive experience for new team members from the start.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Organize onboarding activities and enablement support for incoming sales team members to ensure a strong start.</p><p>• Arrange training sessions, manage meeting logistics, and confirm the details needed for each program to run smoothly.</p><p>• Oversee calendars, scheduling requests, stakeholder communications, and day-to-day coordination across multiple priorities.</p><p>• Monitor onboarding completion, certification status, and milestone progress while keeping accurate records.</p><p>• Update internal guides, onboarding documents, and training materials so resources remain current and easy to access.</p><p>• Work with cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent and seamless onboarding experience for new hires.</p><p>• Assist with operational initiatives and recommend process improvements that strengthen program execution.</p><p>• Provide administrative and coordination support that helps expand onboarding programs effectively as the team grows.</p>
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, onboarding, enablement, training coordination, or program support.<br>• Background supporting sales onboarding, employee onboarding, learning programs, or enablement functions is preferred.<br>• Demonstrated strength in scheduling, calendar management, logistics coordination, and handling multiple moving parts.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.<br>• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Microsoft Office, and similar workplace collaboration tools.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and dependable follow-through.<br>• Ability to manage competing priorities successfully in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<br>• Service-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to supporting people and programs.
