<p><strong><u>Litigation Attorney - Securities + Consumer Protection</u></strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> San Diego, CA</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Hybrid/Onsite (4 days onsite per week)</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Up to $200,000 + bonus potential</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>A nationally recognized boutique class action litigation firm is seeking an experienced <strong>Litigation Attorney</strong> to join its San Diego team. The firm focuses on complex plaintiff-side litigation, including securities class actions, consumer protection, and antitrust matters.</p><p>This attorney will work closely with experienced partners on high-impact cases and will have the opportunity to manage matters from inception through resolution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage litigation matters from start to finish</li><li>Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents</li><li>Handle depositions and discovery matters</li><li>Propound and respond to discovery requests</li><li>Make court appearances as needed</li><li>Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation strategies</li><li>Work closely with a team of securities and class action litigators</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Compensation up to $200,000, depending on experience</li><li>Discretionary year-end bonus opportunity</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Employer contribution toward employee medical premiums</li><li>401(k) plan with employer matching</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Three weeks of vacation to start, with additional vacation increases based on tenure</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>CLE and bar registration reimbursement</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2-4 years of litigation experience preferred</li><li>Strong legal research and writing skills required</li><li>Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred</li><li>Interest in pursuing high-level complex litigation work</li><li>Securities litigation experience is a plus</li><li>Strong academic background and law school credentials are considered but not required</li></ul><p>Ready to apply?
