Executive Assistant
<p>Our client in the biotech industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires a polished professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information with discretion, and help keep executive operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, innovative environment.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while supporting leaders in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives</li><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, expense reporting, and logistics</li><li>Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials</li><li>Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and special events as needed</li><li>Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of deliverables</li><li>Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive business information</li><li>Support expense management, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks</li><li>Assist with special projects and process improvements to enhance executive support functions</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>3+ years of executive support or senior administrative experience, preferably in biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or a related fast-paced industry</li><li>Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment</li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders</li><li>Background in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or research-driven organizations</li><li>Familiarity with board support, investor-related coordination, or cross-functional project support</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
