Executive Assistant
<p>Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced business environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives or senior leaders</li><li>Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts</li><li>Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting</li><li>Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials</li><li>Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Track priorities, follow-ups, and action items to support executive productivity</li><li>Organize meetings, events, and conference logistics</li><li>Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive business information</li><li>Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned</li></ul>
<ul><li>3+ years of executive support or senior administrative experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Experience with travel coordination, meeting planning, and expense management</li><li>Background in a corporate or professional services environment is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
