<p>• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and reporting.</p><p>• Expertise in managing the month-end close process.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.</p><p>• Standard Cost Accounting experience </p><p>• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.</p><p>• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.</p><p>• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.</p><p>• Commitment to maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.</p>
