Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume virtual service environment from our Richmond, Virginia location. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving setting, provides attentive support over the phone and through email, and handles sensitive information with professionalism. The role focuses on assisting tenants and landlords, managing digital intake tasks, and ensuring documentation is processed accurately in a fully on-site workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to a steady flow of inbound calls and provide courteous, solution-focused assistance to tenants, landlords, and other callers.<br>• Complete electronic intake activities by entering client and case details into computer systems with speed and accuracy.<br>• Gather, review, and organize required documents to support service requests and maintain complete records.<br>• Communicate clearly through phone and email to share updates, answer questions, and coordinate next steps.<br>• Schedule appointments and follow-up interactions to help keep service delivery timely and organized.<br>• Manage both incoming and outgoing communications to obtain information, confirm details, and resolve open items.<br>• Maintain confidentiality while working with private documents and sensitive customer information.<br>• Support daily administrative and order entry tasks in a fully virtual service process while working 100% on-site.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.<br>• Experience composing clear and accurate email correspondence and communicating effectively with a range of individuals.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for routine documentation and tracking tasks.<br>• Comfortable managing multiple priorities, including phone support, document collection, and appointment scheduling.<br>• Ability to work fully on-site and handle confidential information responsibly.
