Responsibilities: • Lead month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to uphold the integrity of financial data. • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into organizational performance. • Conduct detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Manage journal entries to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. • Oversee financial activities related to endowments, ensuring compliance and proper reporting. • Collaborate on operating budget preparation and monitoring to support organizational objectives. • Coordinate financial audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. • Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. • Provide guidance and support to team members on accounting best practices.
