Executive Assistant
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within an education-focused environment in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract position requires someone who can manage competing priorities, maintain smooth daily operations, and handle sensitive administrative matters with professionalism. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep executives prepared for meetings, travel, and ongoing business needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure leaders are prepared for daily commitments.<br>• Arrange domestic and, when needed, business travel logistics including itineraries, transportation, and related coordination details.<br>• Organize executive meetings by preparing agendas, confirming attendance, securing meeting spaces, and distributing relevant materials.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership, helping maintain efficient office operations and timely follow-through on priorities.<br>• Track action items and key deadlines to support completion of assignments and executive requests.<br>• Coordinate communications and logistics across internal teams to ensure meetings and administrative activities run smoothly.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining accurate records and organized documentation.
• Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to executives or senior leaders.<br>• Strong ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and adjust priorities in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Experience coordinating business travel and preparing detailed itineraries.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to accuracy and follow-up.<br>• Clear and detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and manage confidential information responsibly.<br>• Prior experience supporting executive meetings and related logistics is preferred.
