Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position expected to run for approximately 6 weeks, offering an immediate opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced work setting. The role is ideal for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized, and can manage front-desk and administrative tasks with accuracy and care.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, providing courteous and efficient reception support.<br>• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy while maintaining organized administrative records.<br>• Assist with general office coordination, including document handling, filing, and routine clerical support.<br>• Support day-to-day administrative activities to help keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.<br>• Prepare, update, and maintain basic reports, logs, and internal documentation as needed.
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.<br>• Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.<br>• Working knowledge of standard administrative office practices and procedures.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently.<br>• Proficiency in basic computer and office software applications.<br>• Dependable attendance and the ability to begin work immediately for a short-term assignment.
