Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will excel at managing front desk operations, handling inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time opportunity that requires strong organizational and communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.<br>• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments.<br>• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and provide accurate information or assistance.<br>• Maintain the reception area in an organized and presentable condition.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal staff.<br>• Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages.<br>• Address any inquiries or concerns from guests promptly and courteously.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems or switchboards.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative procedures.<br>• Commitment to providing excellent customer service with a focus on being detail oriented.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organization.<br>• Availability to work part-time hours as required.
