PC Technician
We are looking for a PC Technician to support end-user technology needs in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a Contract position focused on maintaining computer hardware, preparing devices for deployment, and resolving technical issues across desktop environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Dell Technologies equipment, Microsoft platforms, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and Active Directory while delivering dependable deskside support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide on-site technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely resolution for end users.<br>• Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware and software in alignment with organizational standards and project needs.<br>• Troubleshoot operating system, Microsoft application, and connectivity problems across a variety of user devices.<br>• Support account-related tasks within Active Directory, including basic user and system administration activities.<br>• Prepare and image systems for new deployments, replacements, and refresh initiatives using established configuration practices.<br>• Diagnose hardware failures on Dell Technologies equipment and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.<br>• Maintain accurate asset, configuration, and support records to promote consistency and operational visibility.<br>• Deliver deskside support for escalated technical concerns, working directly with users to restore functionality efficiently.
• Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, laptops, and related peripherals in a detail-focused environment.<br>• Working knowledge of Dell Technologies systems and standard desktop support procedures.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft environments, including common business applications and Windows operating systems.<br>• Understanding of networking concepts such as connectivity, device communication, and basic troubleshooting.<br>• Experience using Active Directory for routine user and device support tasks.<br>• Familiarity with configuration management, imaging, and device deployment activities.<br>• Ability to provide effective deskside support with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
