The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable managing sensitive documentation and coordinating with law enforcement and internal teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process theft cases and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Communicate with police departments to confirm stolen vehicle reports.</li><li>Manage the theft package process, including compiling relevant documentation (emails, rental agreements, titles, etc.).</li><li>Place and remove vehicle holds in internal systems based on theft status.</li><li>Investigate missing vehicles using multiple internal tools and reporting systems.</li><li>Coordinate with municipalities to verify vehicle recovery and location (e.g., impounds).</li><li>Monitor and maintain various case-related email inboxes.</li><li>Handle suspension of rental privileges for applicable cases.</li><li>Input and update system data including case numbers, police details, and vehicle history.</li><li>Support repo case processing and rental agreement closures as needed.</li><li>Approve certified demand letters for further processing.</li><li>Assist with department projects and other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
