You will be responsible for drafting legal notices and letters, managing discovery processes, and attending trials or hearings. This role can be mostly remote, but the person will be residing in Northern California. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle litigation cases and employment law matters for clients</p><p>• Draft legal notices and letters</p><p>• Conduct discovery for various cases</p><p>• Prepare and file motions, utilizing available templates</p><p>• Attend trials and hearings, both virtually and in-person</p><p>• Maintain regular contact with prospective and current clients, possibly answering inquiries about our services</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
