<p>We are seeking a California-barred Document Review Attorney for a fully remote opportunity supporting litigation and compliance projects. This role is ideal for attorneys who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while meeting strict deadlines. Candidates must be local to the East Bay area for occasional in-person meetings or onboarding.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review and analyze large volumes of documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality.</li><li>Identify key issues, patterns, and responsive materials in litigation or regulatory matters.</li><li>Apply case-specific protocols and coding standards accurately.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to ensure timely completion of review phases.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.</li><li>Provide summaries or reports of findings as requested by supervising attorneys.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><ul><li>Active California Bar license in good standing.</li><li>Prior experience in document review, e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw), or litigation support.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.</li><li>Excellent written communication and analytical skills.</li><li>Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and thrives in a structured review environment.
