<p><strong>Level II IT Support / Network Technician (Part-Time Hybrid)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Eastern Connecticut / Rhode Island Area (Hybrid)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Approximately 20 Hours Per Week</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>A growing technology consulting company is seeking a well-rounded IT professional to support small and midsize business clients across Connecticut and Rhode Island. This position is ideal for someone with a strong networking background who enjoys troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and technology deployments across multiple client environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>·      Troubleshoot networking, wireless, and infrastructure issues</p><p>·      Support and maintain client technology environments</p><p>·      Assist with network equipment deployments and upgrades</p><p>·      Configure and troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, and related hardware</p><p>·      Support endpoint management and device administration</p><p>·      Assist with infrastructure projects and technology implementations</p><p>·      Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Additional Details: </strong></p><p>·      Flexible part-time schedule</p><p>·      Approximately 20 hours per week</p><p>·      Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and onsite support</p><p>·      Travel to client sites within Eastern Connecticut and nearby Rhode Island as needed</p><p>·      Training provided on client environments and internal tools</p>

<p><strong>Desired Qualifications: </strong></p><p>·      Experience in a Level II Support, Network Support, Systems Support, or MSP environment</p><p>·      Strong networking and troubleshooting skills</p><p>·      Experience supporting Microsoft and/or Google-based environments</p><p>·      Familiarity with wireless networking technologies</p><p>·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</p><p>·      Strong communication and customer service skills</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p><p>·      Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi environments</p><p>·      Microsoft Intune experience</p><p>·      Experience with RMM tools</p><p>·      Audio/Visual technology support or installation experience</p><p><strong> </strong></p>
