Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service while supporting both individual client needs and team objectives. This role requires someone with a strong focus on detail, a talent for technology, and the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.<br>• Make outbound calls as needed to provide updates or follow up on client requests.<br>• Utilize technology tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently and ensure accurate record-keeping.<br>• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.<br>• Identify opportunities for career development and provide guidance to customers when applicable.<br>• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all communications and documentation.<br>• Demonstrate reliability by consistently meeting deadlines and delivering quality service.<br>• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Uphold the organization's values and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage tasks using technology.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.<br>• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<br>• Dependability and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.<br>• Familiarity with career development practices is a plus.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
