The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate cost tracking, analysis, and reporting to enhance overall decision-making and business performance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze and track production, material, labor, and overhead costs to support financial planning and reporting.</li><li>Assist in preparing budgets and conducting cost variance analysis, identifying areas of improvement or concern.</li><li>Maintain and update cost records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the ERP system.</li><li>Contribute to inventory management, including cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.</li><li>Support the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.</li><li>Partner with operational teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Generate financial reports and insights to guide business strategies and decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with exposure to cost accounting being a plus.</li><li>ERP system experience; proficiency with NetSuite or similar platforms is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
