<p>We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support detailed reporting and analysis for a global security services provider. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing billing data, managing variance assessments, and delivering insights through advanced financial tools. This is a remote, long-term contract position. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze large volumes of billing data received from domestic and international customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cost-plus contract models.</p><p>• Utilize Power BI to update dashboards, track budget versus actuals, and create region-specific and country-specific financial reports.</p><p>• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in billing data.</p><p>• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to address specific questions related to global operations.</p><p>• Manage manual data uploads and perform extensive analysis using Microsoft Excel.</p><p>• Develop enhanced reporting processes to meet growing demands for granular and detailed insights.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data visualization and reporting accuracy.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with varying labor laws and contract specifications across different regions.</p><p>• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining financial reporting workflows.</p>

• Proven experience in financial analysis, including variance assessment and ad hoc reporting.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analysis.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including manual data handling and detailed analysis.<br>• Strong understanding of cost-plus contract models and their financial implications.<br>• Knowledge of data mining techniques for extracting and organizing large datasets.<br>• Familiarity with contract terms and specifications, especially in global contexts.<br>• Ability to adapt analysis processes to varying labor laws across regions.<br>• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
