Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, brings strong judgment to shifting priorities, and handles sensitive matters with care. The role combines executive support, office coordination, and communication management to help leaders stay organized, prepared, and focused on business goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee complex calendars for executive leaders, coordinating meetings, calls, and schedule changes while ensuring priorities are aligned.<br>• Arrange business travel from start to finish, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, and related logistics.<br>• Prepare, edit, and organize materials used for internal updates and external communications with a clear and consistent standard.<br>• Support day-to-day office operations by managing scheduling needs, processing expense documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with supply and shipment coordination.<br>• Coordinate meetings and events by handling planning details, logistics, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth execution.<br>• Proactively identify administrative or operational obstacles and address them before they disrupt team productivity.<br>• Work effectively in a changing environment, adjusting quickly to new demands while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.<br>• Provide additional administrative support and special project assistance as needed by leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.<br>• Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders.<br>• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.<br>• Ability to manage multiple urgent requests independently and make sound decisions in situations with limited direction.<br>• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with a wide variety of stakeholders.<br>• Strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.<br>• Prior experience in a startup or small business environment is a plus.<br>• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
