Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership while also handling a broad range of day-to-day administrative needs in a small, fast-moving organization. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing executive support with general office coordination. The right candidate will bring sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the confidence to work effectively with a demanding leader while keeping priorities on track. Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep leadership informed of shifting priorities and time-sensitive commitments.</li><li>Arrange business travel, prepare itineraries, and coordinate related logistics to support efficient executive movement.</li><li>Support executive meetings by organizing agendas, confirming attendees, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up items.</li><li>Handle a variety of administrative duties across the organization, adapting to changing needs in a smaller team environment.</li><li>Monitor action items and ensure requests, deadlines, and communications are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Serve as a dependable partner to leadership by anticipating needs, responding quickly, and helping maintain operational flow.</li><li>Prioritize multiple assignments at once while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.</li><li>Take initiative to identify ways to improve administrative support and step into additional tasks when needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated experience supporting in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.</li><li>Strong calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong follow-up and organization.</li><li>Confident communication style and attention to detail when working with senior leadership.</li><li>Flexible, self-directed approach with a willingness to take initiative and handle a wide range of responsibilities.</li></ul><p>If you are interested please apply with your updated resume and call for additional details at 952-831-6020.</p>
