<p>We are looking for a Logistics Agent to support export and domestic shipping operations from Miami, Florida. This role focuses on coordinating freight movements, preparing accurate export documentation, and ensuring shipments meet clearance requirements across international and domestic channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and able to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely movement of goods across assigned regions.</p><p>• Prepare and review export paperwork to support customs clearance and compliance with trade regulations.</p><p>• Track shipment activity and resolve transportation or documentation issues to minimize delivery delays.</p><p>• Maintain detailed logistics records and update spreadsheets to monitor volumes, timelines, and performance metrics.</p><p>• Use Excel formulas and functions to analyze shipping data, organize reports, and support operational decision-making.</p><p>• Work closely with carriers, internal teams, and external partners to align transportation plans and service expectations.</p><p>• Monitor logistics processes carefully to ensure accuracy, organization, and responsiveness in a high-volume setting.</p><p><br></p><p>HYBRID****</p><p>If interested, please call me Janet 786-393-4588 or janet.silva@roberthalfcom</p>
