Document Coordinator
<p>We are searching for Coordinator to join an industry leader. In this role you will be assisting internal departments with coordinating documentation needed for their clients renewals and inspections. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys being in a fast paced environment. This role does require the candidate to be comfortable client facing as you are dealing with external and internal individuals on a daily basis. In this role you will be reviewing documentation to ensure its accuracy and correct any errors. You will be responsible for uploading accurate data into their internal data base. This is a great role for someone who is looking to join a company where they can grow.</p><p><br></p><p>Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal, is required.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is onsite in their office located near the Miami International Airport, however training for this role will be held out of state in their main offices in Virginia. Though this role is based in Miami, this role will start for about 2 to 3 months in Virginia, expenses and all costs are covered by the client, but individual must be open to this travel for training.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to base salary, there is 3 weeks of PTO and 100% of employee benefits are covered.</p><p><br></p><p>This company will perform a background check and drug screen prior to any offer as they are tied to the US government.</p><p><br></p><p>Relocation will not be provided.</p><p><br></p><p>Minimum Associates degree is required. Bachelors preferred.</p><p><br></p>
