<p>We are seeking a driven SQL Developer with experience in Laravel to join its technology modernization team. This new role is the result of organizational transformation as Kolter and KSH split, creating an opportunity to make a direct impact on the optimization of internal platforms and data processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)</li><li>Conduct portal optimization and data cleansing</li><li>Integrate APIs and contribute to API development, primarily using Laravel and PHP</li><li>Collaborate with React developers and cross-functional teams</li><li>Participate in regular communications with executive stakeholders</li><li>Ensure solutions meet high standards of security, performance, and scalability</li><li>Adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years professional experience in SQL development (proficiency is essential)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Laravel framework and PHP</li><li>Experience working with APIs</li><li>Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases</li><li>Executive communication skills; able to relay technical details to business stakeholders</li><li>Flexible and adaptable approach in a rapidly evolving technology landscape</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired/Bonus Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced MS Excel proficiency, especially with VBA</li><li>React or web development experience</li><li>Basic accounting knowledge or business process awareness</li><li>Experience with UI/UX design or principles</li><li>AI/ML experience is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
