<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing finance team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong invoice processing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely </li><li>Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching) </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH/wire payments </li><li>Maintain accurate AP records and documentation </li><li>Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries </li><li>Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of Accounts Payable experience </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems </li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks </li><li>Knowledge of GAAP and AP best practices </li><li>Experience in a high-volume processing environment</li></ul><p><br></p>
