Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of comprehensive curriculum materials for advanced manufacturing and industrial maintenance technician courses. • Work collaboratively with analysts and developers to transform design concepts into ready-to-use instructional packages. • Develop course materials such as job aids, task lists, and classroom resources to support effective learning experiences. • Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and addresses the needs of learners preparing for careers in advanced manufacturing. • Utilize tools like Google Slides, Google Docs, and Articulate 360 to create high-quality instructional content. • Incorporate practical applications such as programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, power distribution systems, and conveyor belts into the curriculum. • Provide insights and expertise in instructional design within the tech and manufacturing sectors. • Occasionally meet with clients to gather feedback and refine curriculum based on their requirements. • Collaborate with leadership, including the Vice President and Director of Advanced Manufacturing, to align deliverables with organizational goals. • Explore innovative technologies such as augmented reality to enhance the learning experience.
