<p>We are looking for a meticulous Production Artist with expertise in packaging design to join our team. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality packaging and labeling projects, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while demonstrating a strong ability to work independently.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Create and oversee the production of packaging and label designs, including private label products, manufactured goods, cartons, and proprietary designs.</p><p>• Prepare and review production-ready artwork to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.</p><p>• Manage and organize project files efficiently using company servers.</p><p>• Collaborate with design and production teams to share ideas and implement solutions effectively.</p><p>• Communicate proactively to identify and address any issues that may impact project timelines.</p><p>• Work independently following initial training, consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail.</p><p>• Suggest improvements and provide feedback to enhance production workflows and outcomes.</p><p>• Utilize industry-standard design tools to execute production tasks with precision.</p>

• Proven experience in packaging design and production is required.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear and open communication with team members.<br>• Confidence in speaking up to suggest enhancements or address potential challenges.<br>• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.<br>• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and workflows for print production.<br>• Knowledge of packaging components, materials, and design processes.<br>• Experience in pre-production and post-production activities related to packaging.
