<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of network engineering or infrastructure experience.</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of networking concepts and connectivity technologies.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage technical projects and work across multiple teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Industry certifications.</li><li>Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.</li><li>Experience with network automation or process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Experience supporting large or complex technology environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>$145,000 - $170,000 with discretionary bonus</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Retirement benefits</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>
