The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with experience delivering practical AI solutions in a business environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and support AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.</li><li>Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Build integrations between AI solutions, data sources, and business applications.</li><li>Monitor solution performance and continuously improve reliability and effectiveness.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.</li><li>Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or automation solutions.</li><li>Strong software development and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working with data, APIs, and application integrations.</li><li>Knowledge of modern AI platforms, tools, or frameworks.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.</li><li>Experience with analytics, data engineering, or automation initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of AI governance, security, or responsible AI practices.</li><li>Experience delivering customer-facing or business-critical applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>$165,000 with discretionary bonus</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Retirement benefits</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>
