This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping shared spaces organized, and handling administrative support that helps businesses operate smoothly. The person in this role will contribute to a positive community atmosphere while ensuring guests, customers, and on-site activities are managed with care. Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors and clients, provide directions, and ensure each guest receives prompt and attentive assistance upon arrival. • Coordinate daily front-of-house activities, including responding to customer requests and resolving service-related questions in a courteous manner. • Maintain organized shared spaces and support administrative tasks that help customers focus on their business priorities. • Assist with planning and executing community gatherings and on-site events that encourage engagement and a positive customer experience. • Monitor and replenish workplace or store-related inventory to keep supplies available and operations running efficiently. • Support customer-facing service activities by balancing hospitality, organization, and attention to detail throughout the workday. • Help promote a well-managed environment by identifying operational needs and following through on appropriate solutions. • Contribute to service and sales-oriented interactions by understanding customer needs and connecting them with suitable resources or offerings.

• Previous experience in customer service, guest support, retail, or a similar client-facing environment. • Strong ability to assist and direct guests in a detail-oriented, friendly, and efficient manner. • Comfortable coordinating events or community activities with solid organizational skills. • Experience tracking, organizing, or replenishing inventory in a workplace or retail setting. • Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. • A service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-focused environment.
