<p>A respected Arkansas nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced <strong>Controller</strong> to provide leadership across accounting, financial reporting, payroll, compliance, and internal controls. <p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Four or more years of progressive accounting or financial management experience</li><li>Strong accounting, financial reporting, and compliance background</li><li>Proven leadership and team development experience</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience within nonprofit, government, higher education, or other complex organizational environments</li></ul>
