Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in Lehi, Utah. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing competing priorities, keeping executives organized, and ensuring important initiatives move forward smoothly. The position requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate meetings, travel, and communications in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the calendars of two senior executives, arranging priorities to support key business goals and day-to-day leadership needs.<br>• Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics while maintaining well-structured executive schedules.<br>• Identify potential scheduling issues in advance and propose practical adjustments to prevent conflicts and delays.<br>• Develop agendas, presentation materials, briefing notes, and other documents needed for meetings and executive discussions.<br>• Monitor deadlines, commitments, and follow-up items so leadership priorities remain organized and on schedule.<br>• Partner with executives and internal stakeholders to track action items, confirm deliverables, and maintain accountability across initiatives.<br>• Build and refine administrative processes, routines, and organizational systems that improve efficiency and support executive effectiveness.<br>• Assist with special projects, leadership meetings, board-related activities, and company events as needed.<br>• Maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a high-level administrative capacity.<br>• Strong ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and balance shifting priorities effectively.<br>• Experience arranging business travel and handling related logistics with close attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and detailed meeting materials.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines, tasks, and follow-up actions.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with sound judgment and discretion.<br>• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a dependable point of coordination for executive activities.
