Robert Half is seeking a permanent fully onsite Lead Data Administrator in the Lafayette, LA area. The Administrator is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining healthcare data exchange interfaces to ensure secure, reliable, and seamless communication between disparate systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting interoperability across platforms and maintaining compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain data integration solutions using standards such as X12, HL7, and FHIR. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data exchange. Monitor and troubleshoot interface performance, resolving issues to maintain high availability. Write and maintain scripts to automate data workflows and support integration processes. Manage and optimize relational databases used in data exchange and reporting. Maintain server environments related to integration tools and services. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations. Document integration processes, configurations, and system changes. Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in healthcare data integration or interface development. Strong understanding of healthcare data standards Proficiency in scripting languages Experience with relational databases, SQL expert. Familiarity with server management and cloud-based environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with integration engines Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
