Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting</li><li>7+ Years of full range accounting experience, centered in the manufacturing industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of full close and reporting cycles</li><li>Experience with large ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently without direct reports</li><li>U.S. citizenship and ability to pass standard background and screening requirements</li></ul>Preferred ExperienceAerospace & Defense Industry, Public company reporting, SOX compliance, cost accounting, and financial analysis
