<p>We are seeking an <strong>IT Support Engineer</strong> with strong Microsoft Azure experience to support enterprise users, cloud services, and core IT infrastructure. This role combines traditional systems support with cloud administration responsibilities.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for users, systems, and cloud environments</li><li>Manage Microsoft Azure resources and services</li><li>Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune environments</li><li>Troubleshoot Windows servers, endpoints, networking, and cloud services</li><li>Administer user accounts, permissions, and identity management</li><li>Monitor system performance and availability</li><li>Assist with migrations, upgrades, and cloud initiatives</li><li>Document procedures and technical solutions</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Requirements</p><ul><li>3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or cloud support experience</li><li>Experience administering Microsoft Azure</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365</li><li>Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID</li><li>Understanding of networking fundamentals</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Azure Virtual Machines</li><li>Azure Networking</li><li>Azure Storage</li><li>Intune</li><li>PowerShell</li><li>Windows Server</li><li>Exchange Online</li><li>SharePoint Online</li></ul><p><br></p>
